-All sales are final. No refunds. No returns. No exchanges. All items are sold as-is, where-is without warranty, expressed or implied, nor implied warranty of merchantability.

-Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless True Heritage Estate Sales and its Clients, for any and all damages, claims or liability for injuries to persons or property caused during or after the sale and removal of the sold items. Customers are solely responsible for their own due diligence.

-We accept cash, debit/credit cards/Apple & Samsung Pay. Sales tax will be charged on all purchases. There is a $10 minimum charge on all cards. We charge a $1.50 fee on card purchases less than $10. Credit card purchases will incur a 3.3% processing fee.

-If you plan a larger purchase, we can provide moving services for a fee.

-We are not responsible for items that are left unattended after the time of purchase.

-Items must be removed from the property before the estate sale has concluded unless buyer arranges moving services.
